Royal Caribbean Liberty of the Seas

Hey there ... just a quick update since the holidays fast approached and time is not on my side to sit here and blog as long as I'd like!  We just got back from an amazing and fun filled 7 day cruise to the Western Caribbean.  The boys haven't stopped talking about just how AWESOME being on the boat was; AND not only that, the wonderful excursions we were fortunate and blessed to enjoy along the way. We got to explore the Mayan Jungle in Honduras where we had monkeys jumping all over us!  Then we have a gorgeous beach day off the coast of Belize in Costa Maya.  We topped that off with a trip to swim with the dolphins in Cozumel.  Words can't describe how neat all the experiences were.  The kids are very humble and grateful to have been a part.  Here are some pictures!  The next blog will likely be a few pics from after Advent celebration His birth.  CLICK HERE for more cruise pictures.

Dog Days of Summer

Hey gang ... not much to report on here although it is probably worth it to mention we are safe and dry after Hurricane Harvey!  It got a little sketchy for a few days so we spent two nights on the second floor of our neighbors keeping an eye on the water levels.  A few roof leaks later and the sun is shining. God is good and we are blessed.  The summer didn't go by as quickly as anticipated, not because we didn't keep busy with swimming, a trip to Magnolia and Dallas, visiting friends with new babies, vacation bible school, morning workouts and playdates, birthday parties, fishing (Dublyn caught her first fish), ect ... but mainly because Chad has been putting in 80+ hours of work a week.  They are in the final phases of turning over the Catalyst project downtown which means I am counting down the days until we have a husband and father again!!!  A new season is here which means we are moving on to Tball and Catechesis.  We have a cruise to Honduras, Belize, and Cozumel planned for November so it's likely I'll catch up with another post on the flip side of that.  Love y'all.

Our First INTERNATIONAL Family Vacation

Its officially a NEW TRADITION!  We were so excited and blessed to be afforded with the opportunity to go on our first international family vacation (our second family vacation with our "Texas Tour" being the first) to the Mayan Riviera.  It was such an incredible and memorable trip that the kids and us will cherish forever.  From the clear blue waters, the endless variety of food, the fun slides, the boat adventure, the sandcastles, the first flights for Bryce and Dublyn, NO LAUNDRY, NO COOKING .... it was absolutely perfect.  Here are a few pictures for proof

A quick catch up ....

Where does the time go?  I wish it would just freeze sometimes, ya know?  We hit some sort of sweet spot with the kids ages at 6 months, 2 years, and 4 years.  They are all in such a fun phase.  Dublyn has become very responsive to her big brothers and has a smile that goes on for miles with an infectious laugh to boot.  Bryce is starting to piece together full sentences with an equally as adorable smile.  AND Wrigley of course, well, he is just plain awesome.  He is such a big boy and continues to impress us each day with his courage, wisdom, faith, servant heart, and athleticism.  God you have truly blessed us!  Here are a few things we have going on to start off our Spring ....
