A new Catholic Christian in our midst ...

We welcomed little miss Dublyn Nicole to the Catholic Church on the Feast of St Therese of Lisieux!  God is good.  We are blessed beyond measure for His gifts and love.  Happy Baptism Day to our sweet little gal.  "You know well enough that Our Lord does not look so much at the greatness of our actions, nor even at their difficulty, but at the love with which we do them." - St Therese

"For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." - Psalm 91:11

Dublyn Nicole Gracing Our World

She's here safe and sound.  We are beyond blessed and grateful for His beautiful gift of life and endless grace.  Dublyn Nicole is a gorgeous little angel.  She was born on September 9th at 1:47pm weighing in at 6lbs 15oz and 20" long.  Wrigley and Bryce are smitten and can't get enough hugs and kisses from their "cutie." We are thrilled to be a family of 5 and can't wait to see what the future holds for our treasured children.

Uncorked in Napa

We made it to the beautiful, raved about, wine country!  It was all we expected and more.  From the views of the luscious vineyards on the hillside, the redwoods and sequoias, the beautiful wedding venue, the biking and picnicking, to the wine tasting, it was breathtaking.  Our hotel, Bel Abri, was fabulous too.  Our highly recommended winery tours and tastings included Hess, Quintessa, & Ehlers.  We missed out on some others that we would love to try in the future, including Dutch Henry, Silver Oak, Rombauer, Sunce, and Opas One. On the way to Napa, we took the scenic route through San Francisco to see the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay Bridge, Fishermans Dwarf, and Lombard Street.  On the way back to Sacramento to catch our flight we drove up through Steele Canyon to spend some time on Lake Berryessa.  It was overall a wonderful trip!  We are blessed and grateful to have had my sister and mom watch the boys.  They loved every second of being with their cousins and can't wait to go back to visit Dallas next weekend for some more fun.  Click HERE for more pictures, some of our favorites are below.

Texas Tour

"That .... was .... AMAZING!" was Wrigley's permanent façade on our vacation.  His heart is overflowing with joy and ours is too.  We just got back from a week long Texas Tour where we visited the most stunning places in what we call "God's Country," commonly known as the Texas Hill Country.  To say it was beautiful, strikingly gorgeous, majestic, even A-M-A-Z-I-N-G is a complete and total understatement.  God has so richly blessed us in Texas with untouched, unfathomable, and unexplicable nature.   From camping, to hiking, to swimming, to wine tasting, the pictures below won't do justice, but here's to giving it a whirl .... 2016 Picture Album
